Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 5 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No.33/2009 item 259) ("the Ordinance") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") reports that on 21 January 2010 received a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mr. Andrzej Podsiadłoto the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Andrzej Podsiadło is the President of the Board of Polish Red Cross and the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company of Wielton S.A with its seat in Wieluń whose business activitiesare not competitive with respect to the Company’s busines. Mr. Andrzej Podsiadło is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
