Scope of activity

Developer activity

The multi – family houses (apartments and flats) offered by the Company in the scope of its developer activity are subdivided into the following market segments:


• The popular flat (including the flats in upgraded standard): flats in residential buildings and housing estates, located mainly out of the central parts of principal urban agglomerations, usually encompassing at least 200 flats with average surface area of 50 m2 for instance Dąbrówka Wiślana Housing Estate erected in 2001 – 2005 period in Białołęka Quarter with more than 2100 flats.

• Apartments in upgraded standard: apartments in residential buildings or in small groups of buildings situated in central part of Warsaw and in popular quarters (Żoliborz, Mokotów, Śródmieście, Ochota) with medium surface area of about 80 m2. Such projects are characterized by the high finishing standards in the common parts and other facilities upgrading the functional quality, for instance swimming pool. Examples: Rezydencja na Skarpie (Residence on the Slope) in Bukowińska Street in  Mokotów Quarter and the highest residential Building in Warsaw and in Poland in Łucka Street – Łucka City. The last proposal in this segment is the Project Ludwinowska Aleja – the complex consisting of seventeen two – storey houses with 68 apartment situated in  Mokotów Quarter.


• Service areas: mainly the shops and offices provided in the framework of residential buildings. The revenues on sales of such type of areas constitute insignificant part of total revenues. The localisation of small service areas in the scope of housing projects increases their attractiveness and the comfort level for the inhabitants of the building or housing estate.

• Single – family houses in form of detached houses and townhouses. The offer of the Company encompasses also the detached houses and townhouses. A typical example is the housing estate in Józefosław in Warsaw suburban area with 34 houses.

Erection and assembling activity

The scope of the activity of the Group encompasses the erection and assembling works including the activity as the General Contractor responsible for construction projects. Actually this type of activity is limited to the housing projects implemented by J.W. Construction Holding S.A.

Activity in hotel services sector

Additional area of the activity of the Group encompasses the hotel network services– Hotel 500 (4 objects in the territory of Poland and the resting centre „Czarny Potok” . Hotel 500 encompasses the medium class objects addressed first of all to institutional Clients. Owing to their professional conference rooms, gastronomy base and comprehensive audiovisual facilities, the hotels ensure appropriate conditions for the organization of various trainings, conferences and seminaries.
