- JW Projekt Sp. z o.o. - architectural company
- J.W. Construction S. A. - construction company
- JWCH Produkcja Budowlana Sp. z o.o. - construction manufacturing company
J.W. Construction Bulgaria EOOD’s acquisition of real property in Golden Sands (April)
The Company was granted the “Benefactor of the Year 2007” title (May)
15th Anniversary of the Company’s business operations (June)

2007
J.W. Construction Holding S. A. IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (June)
Establishment of J.W. Construction S.A. (September)
Acquisition of Porta Transport Holding S.A. and its attractive land located in Szczecin (October)
Establishment of J.W. Construction Bulgaria EOOD - a subsidiary (October)
The “Pearl of Polish Economy” title awarded to J.W. Construction Holding S. A. (November)
Commencement of another investment project on the eastern market, involving the construction of approximately 1200 apartments – Sochi (December)

2006
Increasing of joint stock of the Company from 6 million PLN up to 10,25 million PLN.
Merger with the Company  J.B. Financial Trust sp. z o.o. - in form of transferring of the whole property of the company being acquired to the acquiring Company (September).
Merger of the Company  J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with the Company  Łucka InvestCo Sp. z o.o. (November). S.A. ze spółką Łucka InvestCo Sp. z o.o.

2005
Commencement of the implementation of one of largest housing projects in Warsaw – Górczewska Street (February). The completion of the first stage of my-SAP implementation.

2004
Merger of the Company J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with the companies: Hotel Wygoda Sp. z o.o. and Hotel w Świętej Lipce Sp. z o.o., -with two remaining hotels from the network (December).
Award in form of Promotion Logo „Teraz Polska” (POLAND NOW) repeatedly for the author’s apartment sales system.
Commencement of the implementation of the first housing project abroad – in KOŁOMNA (Moscow district) in Russia.

2003
Merger of the Company J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with the companies:
J.W. Construction Sp. z o.o. – previous general contractor implementing the projects; Nowy Trend sp. z o.o. acting in the scope of sales and marketing and W.W. Project sp. z o.o. running the design office. The merger of subjects occurred in form of transferring of the whole property of the companies being acquired to the acquiring Company.
The obtainment of Quality System Certificate  PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 in the scope of Complex Management System for developer process encompassing the preparation and implementation phase of the project including pre – sales and after- sales Customer service.
The signature of the agreement with  Computerland S.A. for implementation of Integrated IT System my-SAP

2002
Merger of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with the Company  Hotel 500 sp. z o.o.

2001
Registration of Company name change into J.W. Construction Holding S.A. (16th July)
Commencement of the erection of the highest residential building in Poland – apartment building  Łucka City in Warsaw, Łucka Street
Increasing of joint stock of the Company from 500 thousand PLN up to 6 million PLN.
Award in form of Promotion Logo „Teraz Polska” (POLAND NOW) in construction service category – erection of hotels in modular category

2000
Transformation of Towarzystwo Budowlano Mieszkaniowe „Batory” Sp. z o.o. into joint stock Company - Towarzystwo Budowlano Mieszkaniowe „Batory” S.A.

1999
Erection of the first Hotel included in Hotel 500 network and its and handing over for use – hotel in Zegrze (November).

1994
The first registration of the Company under the name Towarzystwo Budownictwa Mieszkaniowego „Batory” sp. z o.o. on 7th March 1994.
Commencement of the first housing project in Ząbki,  Batorego Street..

J.W. Construction Holding S.A. is the legal successor of the Company Towarzystwo Budownictwa Mieszkaniowego „Batory” sp. z o.o. which has been established in 1993.

The investment in Ząbki was the first housing project implemented by the Company and Hotel 500 in Zegrze was the first completed recreation object. Total number of apartments and single – family houses finished and included in the scope of projects actually continued by the Company achieved the level exceeding 25 thousand of apartments and 350 houses.
The Company operates under the name  J.W. Construction Holding S.A since 2001.
