SUPERVISORY BOARD OF J.W.Construction Holding S.A.

Józef Kazimierz Wojciechowski – President of the Supervisory Board A renowned entrepreneur and a manager, the founder of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. and its main shareholder. An economist, a graduate of the Higher School of Economy in Sopot, Poland, Florida Real Estate Academy and State Construction College, Florida.

As a student he developed his first own companies for conducting activity in the construction and hospitality industries. He ran his first real estate development company in Florida. After 15 years spent abroad he went back to Poland, and with his vast experience gained in the American he decided to establish J.W. Construction in 1993.

Józef Wojciechowski is a member of many organizations and a laureate of numerous awards for his business achievements and philanthropic activities:

• Cross of Merit for the Republic of Poland awarded by the Polish president awarded for the contribution into the development of construction and real estate industry;
• Businessman of the Year 2001 title awarded by the Polish Business Club;
• Leader of the Polish Business title awarded by the Business Centre Club;
• Open Heart Medal

Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka – Member of the Supervisory Board, Director of the Investor Relations Office  A graduate of the Central School of Planning and Statistics (currently The Warsaw School of Economics) in the field of economics of production. She also completed post-graduate banking studies at the said school.

 She passed an exam for the Candidates for Supervisory Board Members in State Treasury Companies before the Exam Board at the Ministry of Treasury.

Irmina Łopuszyńska – Supervisory Board Member A graduate of the Higher School of Management – The Polish Open University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in the field of Management and Entrepreneurship in 2004 with the specialization in finance management. She holds a Chief Accountant certificate issued by the Minister of Finance (since 2010) and completed numerous training courses in the scope of taxes and accounting principles, including the International Accounting Standards vs. the New Accounting Act course, a training course dedicated to chief accountants, accounting principles, tax system and financial-accounting services for companies in the years 2006-2014.

Barbara Czyż – Supervisory Board Member, Management Board’s Proxy for Quality Management

A graduate of the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn at the faculty of agriculture and technology. She also completed her post-graduate studies at the Management Faculty of the Warsaw’s School of Management. In the past she was a member of the Polish parliament, and advisor of the Minister in the Ministry of Spatial Development and Construction. Barbara Czyż has been a member of the J.W. Construction Holding S.A. Supervisory Board. Earlier in the years 2006-2012 she was a Management Board’s proxy for Quality Management.

Ryszard Matkowski – Supervisory Board Member

Doctor of economic sciences, graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in finance and banking at the Higher School of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw. He started his professional career in 1981 in the Voivodship Branch of the National Bank of Poland in Przemyśl. In the years 2001-2003 he was the Vice President of the Housing and Urban Development Office. Then, from 2003 to 2007, he held the position of President of the Management Board and President of J.W. Construction Holding SA. In 2010 he was appointed President of the Management Board of Rich Management & Consulting sp. z o.o. He was a member of Supervisory Boards of many companies: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Energopol Południe S.A., Ascor S.A., Fincicon sp. z o.o., Monesta S.A. He is authorized to be a member of Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. He is the author of many publications on real estate investments, real estate market and accounting.

MANAGEMENT BOARD of J.W. Construction Holding S.A.

Wojciech Rajchert – Management Board Member, Managing Director in the Investment Realization Department

Earned his master of engineering degree in the field of civic engineering with the specialization in Construction and Engineering Structures at the Polytechnic University in Warsaw. Earlier in the years 2004-2006 he served in the capacity of the Managing Director in the investment Realization Department.

Małgorzata Pisarek - Member of the Board, Chief Accountant

Economist, specialist in accounting. Higher education at the Radom Casimir Pulaski University of Technology , where she obtained a master's degree in economics. She also completed post-graduate studies in the field of financial and management accounting at the University of Economics in Warsaw. She gained professional experience in enterprises from the energy and construction industries. In the years 2007-2015, she was the Head of the Tax Department, previously the Contracts and Vat Department at Polimex-Mostostal S.A. From 2015, she is the Chief Accountant at J.W. Construction Holding S.A.
Has a Qualification Certificate No. 20500/2001 issued by the Minister of Finance entitling to provide bookkeeping services.

Piotr Suprynowicz – Member of the Management Board

He is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology with the title of civil engineer and with building privileges in the specialty of construction, which he obtained in 2002. He has been gaining his professional experience since 1999 as a construction engineer in Mostostal Chełm, and since 2002 he has been working in the structures of J.W. Construction Capital Group as a works manager, construction manager and project manager. In 2015-2019, he was a Member of the Management Board of J.W. Construction. Currently he is a Management Board Member of Dana Invest Sp. z o.o. (since 2014) and Hanza Invest S.A. (since 2018).
