J.W. Construction acting as the larger housing developer company, is present mainly in Warsaw but also in other main cities in Poland: ŁÓDŹ and GDYNIA as well as abroad. The company is leading developer in Warsaw market with the respect to the apartments being handed over. Total quantity of the apartments and single – family houses in the scope of projects already completed and being implemented actually encompasses more than 25.000 apartments and 350 single – family houses.

• J.W. Construction sold 4035 apartments in 2006 i.e. almost two times more than in 2005 with the sales of 2190 apartments.

• The portfolio of the projects being implemented actually amounts 7000 apartments and next 6500 apartments will be constructed on the lands being in the possession of the Company.

• The company mark identificability in comparison with other developer companies and scale of activity are particular advantages of J.W. Construction. The “Land Bank” being in the possession of the Company and ensuring stable growth of projects number in future and many years’ cooperation with the largest banks in Poland in the scope of projects financing are also particularly important.
