Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 1 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, 2009 item. 259) ("the Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") announces that on 01 February 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mrs. Magdalena Starzyńska as the Member of the Management Board of the Company. A description of Mrs Magdalena Starzyńska's educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of her professional career has been provided in his CV attached to this message.
Mrs Magdalena Starzynska does not fully any functions in the other bodies than the Company, she is not engaged in any business activity competitive with the Company, nor is a partner of any company whose business activity would be competitive with the Company. She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
Magdalena Starzyńska, 30 years old.
She holds a Master's Degree in Economics. She graduated from undergradute studies at Ryszard Łazarski Higher University of Commerce and Law, Warsaw majoring in International Trade and she obtained a Master's degree in Economics at Warsaw School of Economics in faculty of Finance and Banking.
Since 2003, she has been emplouted in J.W.Construction Holding S.A. Firstly, she was employed as the Assistant of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Since December,2004- the Office Director - the supervision the Tender Department and pricing policy.
In the years 2007 -2008 - the Director of Procurement Department.
From May, 2008 to 2010 she was employed in the Company of J.W. Construction S.A as the Director of Procurement Department ( a subsidiary of the Issuer).
In the years 2009-2010 - the Member of the Management Board of J.W. Construction S.A ( a subsidiary of the Issuer).
Since 2010 till now - the Director of the Contract-Procurement Department in J.W.Construction Holding S.A.
