Acting pursuant to section 70.(3) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 183/2005, item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company which took place on 29 June 2011     (" the Meeting"), indicating the number of votes each of these shareholders was entitled to on the basis of the shares held and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the Meeting and in the total number of shares
