Legal basis: Article 56. 1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 1 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, 2009 item. 259) ("the Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A with its seat in Ząbki ("Company") informs, that on 14 June 2011, the Company received the information that the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów, IX Division of Land and Mortgage Registers (Court) registered a contractual mortgage in the amount of PLN 17,000,000 in favor of Powszechna Kasy Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A with its seat in Warsaw, branch 15 in Warsaw ("Bank"), in the Land and Mortgage Register that is kept for the property located in Warsaw, Białołęka District with an area of 0,4779 ha constituing a plot no. 52 and 131, from a precinct 4-16-29 (Property) for which the Land and Mortgage Register with no. WA3M/00222031/6 (Land and Mortgae Register) is kept and owned by the Company of Stadnina Mazowiecka Spółka z o.o with its seat in Ząbki („Subsidiary”) on 11 June 2011, in the section IV of the Land and Mortgage Register, as a collateral for the repayment of capital and ancillary costs for the credit granted to the Company. The value of the Property is entered in the Subsdiary's accounting books at its purchase price and does not exceed 10 % of the Company’s equity capital. There are no connections between the Bank, or the persons managing the Bank, and the Company, or the members of its Management Board or Supervisory Board. The criterion for the recognition of the subject mortgage to be compulsory disclosed according to § 5 para. 1 point 1 of the Ordinance was the value of the mortgage that exceeds the equivalent in Polish zlotys of the amount of EUR 1,000,000.
