Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 1 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, 2009 item. 259) ("the Ordinance"), J.W Construction Holding S.A with its seat in Ząbki ("Company") informs, that on 8 June 2011, the Company received the information that the Courts made an entry of the joint contractual mortgage in the amount of PLN 19,500,000 to the benefit of Bank Ochorny Środowiska Spółka Akcyjna in Warsaw ("the Bank") as a collateral for the credit interest, other costs and liabilities:
1) The District Court in Pruszków V Land Registry Division entered on 27 May 2011 in section IV of the Land and Mortgage register kept for the property located in the municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki, a town of PGR Kręczki Kaputy that constitutes a plot No. 1/2 and 1 / 3 with the total area of 13,9976 ha (Property 1), for which the land and mortgage register is maintained with No. KW WA1P/00068658/8,
2) The District Court of the City of Warsaw-Mokotów IX Division of Land and Mortgage Register entered on 07 June 2011 in section IV of the Land and Mortgage register kept for the property located in Warsaw, Białołęka District that constitutes a plot No. 98 from a precinct 4-01-27 with the area of 0,8504 ha (Property 2), for which the land and mortgage register is maintained with No. KW WA3M/00450557/6,
The value of the Property 1 and the Property 2 in the Company’s accounting books is recorded at its purchase price and does not exceed 10 % of the Company’s equity capital.
There are no connections between the Bank, or the persons managing the Bank, and the Company, or the members of its Management Board or Supervisory Board.
The basis for a disclosure of this report is the fact that the value of the mortgage exceeds the equivalent of the amount of EUR 1,000,000, translated at average exchange rate announced by the Polish National Bank as at the day the criterion of the disclosure obligation had been met.
