Acting pursuant to section 5.1.21 of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information released by of issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required under regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No.33, Item 259), ) (the "Ordinance") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki (the "Company") reports that on 1 June 2011 received a resignation statement by Mr Henryk Pietraszkiewicz from the position the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The reason for the resignation are personal matters.
