Report's subject: Selection of a statutory auditor
Acting pursuant to §5.1.19 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information released by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259) (the "Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered seat in Ząbki (the "Company") hereby announces that on 1 June 2011 the Company’s Supervisory Board selected – in accordance with the Articles of Association – BDO Ltd (the "Auditor"), with its registered seat in Warsaw at Postępu Street 12, 02-676 Warsaw, to review the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the 1st half of 2011 and to audit the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for 2011. The Auditor is entered under the number 3355 on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements, which is maintained by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. The agreement with the Auditor will cover a review of the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the 1st half of 2011 and of the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for 2011.
To date, the Company has used the services of the Auditor for auditing the Company’s stand-alone and consolidated financial statements in the period from admission of its shares to public trading, ie for the years 2007 to 2010 as well as in previous years.
In the scope of cooperation with the auditing and reviewing the statements for 2010 there was a change of the Key statutory auditor which provides the auditing of statements.
Moreover, in the past, the Company used the Auditor’s services while drawing up business plans, for overall financial advice, due diligence of other entities, consulting regarding the purchased companies and regarding the initial public offering of the Company’s shares.
