Acting pursuant to section 70.(1) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No.184, item 1539 as amended), J.W. Construction Holding S.A.with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") hereby reports that on 08 April 2011 the Company received a following notice:

Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A (PPIM), by performing the service contract involving management of investment portfolio of funds entered into between Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwem Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A and Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A and acting in accordance with article 87.1.2a of theAct on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539) on the bahalf of the funds notifies:

1. Pioneer Open-End Investment Fund

Specialized Open-End Investment Fund of Telekomunikacja Polska.

of an increase in involvement up to 10,002% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. in respect of financial instruments included in the portfolio of PioneerPekao Investment Management S.A involving management of ifunds' nvestment portfolio.

The shareholders holding collectively 10.002% of the total number of votes at the AGM of J.W Construction Holding S.A are investment funds whose portfolios are a subset of all the portfolios of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A.

Prior to the increase to the level of 10.002 % , the accounts of the above investment funds hold in total 5.405.921 shares that represented 9.99% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, these shares entitled to 5.405.921 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represented 9.99 % of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.

On 01 April 2011, after the increase, the accounts of the above investment funds hold in total 5.408.626 shares that represented 10.002 % in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. These shares represented 5.408.626 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represents 10.002% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
