Acting pursuant to section 87.1.3bof the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No.184, item 1539), Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A reports an increase of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders in J.W. Construction Holding S.A to the level of 10.0001%. These shares are held in the investment portfolios managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management as part of their financial instruments portfolio management services.All shareholders holding in total10.0001% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders are the clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. in terms of investment portfolios.

Prior to the increase to the level of 10.0001% , all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A hold in total 5,407,175 shares that represented 9.99% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A These shares represented 5,407,175 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represented 9.99% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.

On 14 March 2011, all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A, after the increase, hold in total 5,407,393shares that represented 10.0001% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.AThese shares represented 5,407,393 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represented 9.99% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
