Acting pursuant to section 160.4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2005, No.183, item1583, as amended.), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") hereby reports that on 23 December 2009 the Company received a notice of the following transaction regarding the Company’s financial instruments from an obliged person:
