J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki(„("the Company")”) reports that on 14 June 2010 received a resignation statement by Mrs. Barbara Czyż. The above-mentioned resignation concerned her resignation from the function of the Vice Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.

The reason for the resignation are personal matters.
