Acting pursuant to section 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 ,No. 183, item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki („The Company”) hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of all votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on 18 May 2010 ("the Meeting") and the number of votes to which each of them is entitled based on their shareholding, and their percentage share in the number of votes at the Meeting and in the total number of shares.
