Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 5 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No 33/2009 item 259) ("the Ordinance) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") reports that on 18 May 2010, in connection with expiry of term of office and determining the number of members of the Supervisory Board that will be composed of 6 persons, the Ordinary General Meeting appointed the followingpersons to take positions of members ofthe Supervisory Board for the second joint term:
1/ Mr. Henryk Pietraszkiewicz as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board. A description of Mr.Henryk Pietraszkiewicz's educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of his professional career has been provided in Mr. Henryk Pietraszkiewicz'sCV attached to this communication. Mr.Henryk Pietraszkiewicz is the Chairman of the Board of FM Bank S.Awhose business activities are not competitive with respect to the Company’s busines and is not engaged in any activity competitive to the Company .
Mr. Henryk Pietraszkiewicz is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
2/ Mr. Jarosław Król as the member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Jarosław Król is the Chairman of the Board of K-Partners Ltd. with its seat in Warsaw, the Member of the Supervisory Board of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne OFE Bankowy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw, the Member of the Supervisory Board of Spółdzielnia Budowlano Mieszkaniowa "Dembud" in Warsawwhose business activities are not competitive with respect to the Company’s busines.
