Acting pursuant to section 87.1.3bof the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No.184, item 1539), Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A reports an increase in J.W. Construction Holding S.A to the level of 5.01% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders. These shares are held in the investment portfolios managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management as part of their financial instruments portfolio management services. All shareholders holding in total5.01% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders are the clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A.
Prior to the increase to the level of 5.01% , all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A hold in total 1,896,644 shares that represented 3.47% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. These shares represented 1,896,644 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represented 3.47% of votes at theGeneral Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
On 31 March 2010, all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A, after the increase, hold in total 2,741,644shares that represented 5.01% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. These shares represented 2,741,644 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represents 5.01% of votes at theGeneral Shareholders Meeting of the Company.

Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A (PPIM), by performing the service contract involving management of investment portfolio of funds entered into between Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwem Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA and acting in accordance with article 87.1.2a of theAct on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539) notifies:
1. Pioneer Open-End Balanced Investment Fund,
2. Pioneer Open-End Polish Equity Investment Fund,
3. Pioneer Open-End Active Allocation Investment Fund,
4. Pioneer Open-End Polish SMEs Investment Fund,
5. Telekomunikacja Polska - Dedicated Open-End Investment Fund
of an increase in involvement up to 5.01% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. in respect of financial instruments included in the portfolio of PioneerPekao Investment Management S.A involving management of investment portfolio of funds.
Prior to the increase to the level of 5.01% , the portfolio of Investment Funds hold in total 2,710,363 shares that represented 4.96% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. These shares entitled to 2,710,363 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represented 4.96% of votes at theGeneral Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
On 7 April 2010, the portfolio of Investment Funds, after the increase, hold in total 2,740,363shares of the Company that represented 5.01% in the capital share of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. These shares entitled to 2,741,644 of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of J.W. Construction Holding S.A, that represents 5.01% of votes at theGeneral Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
