Acting pursuant to section 65.1.1 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 189, item 1538, as amended) (henceforth the Act on Public Offerings) J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its registered office in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby releases a list of information as defined in Article 56.1 of the Act on Public Offerings released in 2009.Due to the Issuer’s on-going operation certain information contained in the listed reports may no longer be valid as at this report’s date.
