Appointment to the Management Board of the Company

Acting pursuant to section 5.1 point 5 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No.33/2009 item 259) ("the Ordinance") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") reports that on 21 January 2010 received a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mr. Marek Samarcewto the Management Board of the Company.

Mr. Marek Samarcew is the Director of the Real Estate Management Department in the Company. Mr. Marek Samarcew is not engaged in any business activity competitive with respect to the Company's business,also, he is not a partner in a civil partnership and in partnership. He is not a member of a capital company. Mr. Marek Samarcew doesn't take part in another competitive legal person as a member of its authority.
