Acting pursuant to section 103.1of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No.33 item 259) ("the Ordinance") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki( “the Company”) reports new release dates of the periodical reports in 2010.

The Company’s Management Board hereby reports that pursuant to section 83.1 of the Ordinance, the consolidated quarterly reports of the Company will include quarterly financial information as referred to in sections 87.1-87.3 and 87.4, introductory clause of the Ordinance. The Management Board of the Company informs that, in accordance with § 102.1 and § 101.2 of the Regulation, the Company will not file the quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2009 and the 2nd quarter of 2010. The Management Board of the Company informs that, in accordance with § 83.3 of the Regulation, the consolidated semi-annual report of the Company will contain consolidated semi-annual financial statements and condensed semi-annual financial statements with reports of licensed auditors from audits of those statements containing balance sheets, income statements, statements of changes in equity, cash flow statements and additional information (in the case of condensed financial statements – condensed additional information containing those information and data which are significant for proper evaluation of the assets and financial standing as well as profit (loss) of the Company, and which have not been included in the consolidated financial statements).
