Report's content: Acting pursuant to section 5.1point 22 of the Minister of Finance on Current and Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Accepting as Equivalent of the Information Required by Legal Regulations of a Non-member Country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No.33/2009 item 259) ("the Ordinance") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki ("the Company") reports that on 21 January 2010 received a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mr. Marek Maruszyńskito the Supervisory Board of the Company. A description of Mr. Marek Maruszyński's educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of his professional career has been provided in Mr. Marek Maruszyński’s CV attached to this communication. Mr. Marek Maruszyńszki is a chief of the Department of General, Oncological and Vascular Surgery, Military Institute of Medicine in Szaserów Street Warsaw. Mr. Maruszyński is not engaged in any activity competitive with respect to the Company’s business and his name is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
