The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. (henceforth the Company) presents the following amended reports:
1/ Management Commentary on Company’s operations in the financial year 2008 with the following amendments:
- section 8.6 Information on the control system of employee stock plans – has been added;
There is no employee stock plan in the Company.
- section 20 The value of remuneration, rewards and benefits for each person managing or supervising the Company – has been amended with the following wording:

Moreover, in 2008 the Company concluded an agreement with BDO Numerica S.A. (currently BDO Numerica International Auditors & Consultants Sp. z o.o. – legal successor) on provision of auditing services to verify the concept of allotting an organised part of an enterprise and works related thereto. It was decided that remuneration for services under the agreement amounted to PLN 98,000.
The amounts shown above are net amounts.

Moreover, in 2008 the following additional agreements were concluded with BDO Numerica S.A. (currently BDO Numerica International Auditors & Consultants Sp. z o.o. – legal successor): by J.W. Construction Holding S.A. – an agreement on provision of auditing services to verify the concept of allotting an organised part of an enterprise and works related thereto. It was decided that remuneration for services under the agreement amounted to PLN 98,000. and by J.W. Construction S.A. – an agreement on preparing an opinion on correctness and accuracy of J.W. Construction S.A. Management Commentary on increasing the share capital through contribution in kind. It was decided that remuneration for services under the agreement amounted to PLN 20,000
