Opening of liquidation proceedings of dependent subject

Acting pursuant to section 5.1.(24) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities and on conditions of accepting as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of a non-member country of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33/2009, item 259), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. (henceforth the Issuer) hereby reports that on 9 April 2009 a motion for opening the liquidation proceedings of a subsidiary operating under the business name Porta Transport Spółka z o.o. with its seat in Szczecin (henceforth the Subsidiary) was submitted to Szczecin – Centrum District Court in Szczecin, XIII Division of the National Court Register.
The resolution concerning the dissolution of the Subsidiary upon its liquidation has been adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Subsidiary, which has appointed the current President of the Management Board, Ms. Beata Worona, as the Liquidator.
