Release dates of the periodical reports in 2009

Acting pursuant to section 100.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth the Ordinance), J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby reports that the periodical reports will be published on the following dates:

Extended consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2008 on 25 February 2009.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2009 on 14 May 2009.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2009 on 12 August 2009.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2008 on 13 November 2009.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the 1st half of 2009 on 24 September 2009.
Stand-alone annual report for 2008 on 10 June 2009.
Consolidated annual report for 2008 on 10 June 2009.

The Company’s Management Board hereby reports that pursuant to section 87.1 of the Ordinance, the consolidated quarterly reports of the Company will include quarterly financial information as referred to in sections 91.1-91.3 and 91.4, introductory clause of the Ordinance.

Furthermore, the Company’s Management Board reports that pursuant to section 87.4 of the Ordinance, the consolidated semi-annual report of the Company will include semi-annual financial information as referred to in section 87.4 of the Ordinance.
