Liquidation of a subsidiary

Acting pursuant to section 5.1.(24) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth the Ordinance), J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby informs about opening the liquidation of a subsidiary under the name of J.W. Construction 1 Limited, with its seat in London (Great Britain), which operates under British law. On 10 December 2008 the Company received a letter from the Companies House dated 29 November 2008 informing about the acceptance of J.W. Construction 1 Limited application and commencement of the procedure aimed at its liquidation in accordance with the governing law for the seat of the liquidated company.
