Report concerns:
Change of the function performed in the Company’s Management Board

Acting pursuant to section 5.1.(22) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth "the Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth "Company") hereby reports that on 10 December 2008 the Company received statements of the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mrs. Barbara Czyż as the Vice President of the Management Board.
A detailed description of the positions previously held by Mrs. Barbara Czyż along with an overview of her professional career have been presented in Chapter XXVII of the Company’s Prospectus. It needs to be pointed out that Mrs. Barbara Czyż was the President of the Company’s Management Board from 2002 to 2003. Scope of responsibilities of Mrs. Barbara Czyż has been extended to include cooperation with the state and local authorities as well as customer relations.
