Submission of the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 November 2008

Acting pursuant to Article 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 183, item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which was held on 26 November 2008 (henceforth the Meeting), indicating the number of votes each of these shareholders was entitled to on the basis of the shares held and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the Meeting and in the total number of shares.
