Appointment to the Company’s Supervisory Board

Acting pursuant to section 5.1.(22) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth "the Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth "Company") hereby reports that on 22 October 2008 the Company received a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mr. Józef Oleksy to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
A description of Mr. Józef Oleksy’s educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of his professional career has been provided in Mr. Józef Oleksy’s CV attached to this communication. Mr. Józef Oleksy is a member of the Supervisory Board of J.W. BIOCHEMICAL S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland, whose activity is not competitive with respect to the Company’s business. Mr. Oleksy is not engaged in any activity competitive with respect to the Company’s business and his name is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
