Appointment to the Company’s Management Board

Acting pursuant to section 5.1.(22) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth "the Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth "Company") hereby reports that on 9 October 2008 the Company received a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares regarding appointment of Mr. Robert Wójcik to the Company’s Management Board in the capacity of the Vice-President of the Management Board.
A description of Mr. Robert Wójcik’s educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of his professional career has been presented in Mr. Robert Wójcik’s CV attached to this communication. Mr. Robert Wójcik is also the President of the Management Board of the Company’s subsidiary - JW Projekt Spółka z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw. Mr. Wójcik is not engaged in any activity competitive with respect to the Company’s business.
