Change of the publication date of the consolidated report for the 1st half of 2008

Report’s text:
Acting pursuant to section 100.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 209, item 1744), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its seat in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company), hereby reports about the change of the date of publication of the expanded consolidated report for the 1st half of 2008. The initial publication date, i.e. 24 September 2008, as specified in the current report no. 9/2008 of 23 January 2008, has been changed to 30 September 2008.
