Receipt of a notice under Article 160.4. of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments

Report’s text:
Acting pursuant to Article 160.4. of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 183/1583, as amended), J.W. Construction Holding S.A., Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the “Company”), hereby reports that, on 10 July 2008, it received a notice of the following transaction involving the Company’s financial instruments from the following person required to notify the Company thereof:
