Receipt of notification pursuant to Article 160(4) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments

Acting on the basis of Article 160(4) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 183, item 1583, as amended), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (the “Company”), hereby reports that on 1 July 2008 it received a notification of the following transaction involving the Company’s financial instruments from the obliged person:
