Acting pursuant to Article 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies of July 29, 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 183, item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“Company”) hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on June 19, 2008 (“Meeting”), indicating the number of votes each of these shareholders was entitled to on the basis of the shares held and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the Meeting and in the total number of shares.
