Acting pursuant to para. 95 and 96 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of October 19, 2005 regarding current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 209, item 1744) (“Ordinance”), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“Company”) submits copies of the following documents signed by the Company’s Certified Auditor as a supplement to the annual reports (consolidated and separate) for the year 2007, submitted on May 29, 2008: (i) the Certified Auditor’s Opinion concerning the audited annual separate financial statements for the year 2007; (ii) the Certified Auditor’s Report concerning the audit of the annual separate financial statements for the year 2007; (iii) the Certified Auditor’s Opinion concerning the audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year 2007; and (iv) the Certified Auditor’s Report concerning the audit of the annual consolidated financial statements for the year 2007.
