Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board

Acting pursuant to Para. 5 Clause 1 Items 21 and 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of October 19, 2005 concerning current and periodic disclosures made by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1744) ("Regulation"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") wishes to inform of the receipt of a statement of exercise of the personal right by the shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company’s shares on June 19, 2008 regarding:
- Dismissal of Mr. Jacek Obłękowski from the Company’s Supervisory Board; and
- Appointment of Mr. Grzegorz Ślak to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The Company further informs that on June 19, 2008 the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Jacek Obłękowski to the Company’s Supervisory Board in the capacity of an independent member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
A description of Mr. Grzegorz Ślak’s educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of professional career has been provided in Mr. Ślak’s CV attached to this press release. Mr. Grzegorz Ślak has no other professional commitments outside the Company. His name is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors (Rejestr Dłużników Niewypłacalnych).
A description of Mr. Jacek Obłękowski’s educational background, professional qualifications and employment history along with an overview of his professional career has been provided in the Company’s Prospectus in Chapter XXVII on page 195. In May 2007, Mr. Jacek Obłękowski was also appointed the President of the Management Board of Dominet Bank S.A. His name is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
