Acting pursuant to section 5.1.21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information filed by securities issuers dated 19 October 2005 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] No. 209 item 1744) ("Regulation"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. having its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 13 June 2008, it acquired knowledge about Mr Marek Rocki resigning as of 13 June 2008 from the Company’s Supervisory Board. The resignation was for personal reasons.
