Acting under Art. 56 par. 1 item 1) of the Law dated 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system, and on public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539 as amended), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with the registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 2 June 2008 the Company received a notification from the District Court for Warszawa Mokotów, 10th Land and Mortgage Register Division, dated 27 May 2008, communicating the registration on 22 April 2008 in section IV of the land and mortgage register no. WA4M/00146188/1 maintained by the Court for the real property in perpetual usufruct by the Company, situated at 181 Górczewska street in Warsaw, designated in the records as plot 2/1 from section 6-07-01, having an area of 70,030 m2, of a change in the amount of contractual mortgage securing a claim, established for Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. 1st Branch in Warsaw. The new amount of the entered mortgage securing a claim is PLN 83,500,000. The Company communicated the registration of the mortgage in question in the Current Report no. 1/2008, and other information provided in the Report in question remain unchanged.
