Correction of the Report dated 26 March 2008

In connection with the receipt of the current report concerning the dismissal and appointment of members of the Management Board on 26 March 2008, J.W. Construction Holding S.A. informs herein that No.16/2008 should be assigned to the said report. The substance of the report reads as follows:
Acting pursuant to Article 5 clause 1 sub-clauses 21) and 22) of the regulation of the Finance Minister dated 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information delivered by issuers of securities (J.L. No. 209 item 1744) ("Regulation"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs herein of the dismissal and appointment of members of the Company’s Management Board. Specifically, in connection with the expiry of the term of a hitherto member of Management Board, Ms. Grażyna Szafarowska, and the amendment of the Company’s Statutes adopted by the General Meeting of the Company on 16 February 2007 by virtue of which a joint term for the Management Board was agreed on, on 25 March 2008 the Company’s Supervisory Board dismissed the following persons from their positions in the Management Board: Ms. Barbara Czyż – member of the Management Board, Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska – member of the Management Board and Ms. Bożena Malinowska – member of the Management Board, while Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, effecting his personal empowerment, dismissed the following persons from their positions in the Management Board: Mr. Jerzy Zdrzałka – President of the Management Board and Mr. Wojciech Rajchert – member of the Management Board. Furthermore, on 25 March 2008, the Company’s Supervisory Board determined that the Company’s Management Board would be composed of 6 persons. On that day the Company’s Supervisory Board also appointed the following persons for the first joint term and to take positions of members of the Management Board: Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska- member of the Management Board, Ms. Bożena Malinowska – member of the Management Board and Ms. Grażyna Szafarowska – member of the Management Board, while Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, effecting his personal empowerment, appointed the following persons to take their positions in the Management Board: Mr. Jerzy Zdrzałka – President of the Management Board, Ms. Barbara Czyż – member of the Management Board and Mr. Wojciech Rajchert – member of the Management Board. The first joint term of the Company’s Management Board commences on 25 March 2008 and expires on 25 March 2011.
Any detailed information on education, qualifications and professional experience and former job positions (together with the description of professional career), any other activities carried out outside of the issuer’s enterprise with the assessment whether these activities are competitive to the present activity in the enterprise, and the indication whether this person participates in a competitive company as a partner in a private partnership, a partnership, or as a member of a capital company’s corporate body, or whether this person participates in any other competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body, and the registration of the persons indicated above in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the National Court Register (KRS) Act, is contained in the Company’s issue prospectus approved by the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 9 May 2007 in chapter XXVII "Managing and Supervising Authorities and Senior Management”. In addition to the information contained in the issue prospectus, the Company also informs that:
Ms. Grażyna Szafarowska is: the President of the Management Board in JWCJ Produkcja Budowlana Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Ząbki, in which the Company holds 100% of shares; a member of the Management Board in J.W. Construction S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki, in which the Company holds 100% of shares;
Mr. Wojciech Rajchert is: a member of the Management Board in J.W. Construction S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki, in which the Company holds 100 % of shares; a member of the Supervisory Board in Football Sport Club POLONIA WARSZAWA S..A. with its registered office in Warsaw, in which the Company holds 100 % of shares;
Mr. Jerzy Zdrzałka is a member of the Supervisory Board in J.W. Construction S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki, in which the Company holds 100% of shares.
