Acting pursuant to Article 65(1.1) of the Polish Act on Public Offerings and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading Systems, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 189, item 1538, as amended) (henceforth the Act on Public Offerings) J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its registered office in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby releases a list of information/reports (as defined in Article 56(1) of the Act on Public Offerings) released in 2007.
Due to the Issuer’s on-going operation certain information contained in the listed reports may no longer be valid as at this report’s date.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that the original copies of the ad hoc, periodic and confidential reports are held at the Company’s registered office at ul. Radzymińska 326, Ząbki, Poland. All the reports are available on the Company’s website:
