Deadlines for submitting periodical reports in 2008

Acting pursuant to paragraph 100(1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on ad hoc and periodic reports released by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744) (henceforth the Decree) J.W. Construction Holding S.A., with its registered office in Ząbki, Poland (henceforth the Company) hereby informs that its periodical reports will be released on the following dates:

Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2007 - 13.02.2008
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2008 - 14.05.2008
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2008 - 07.08.2008
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2008 - 06.11.2008
Extended consolidated semi-annual report for 1st half of 2008 - 24.09.2008
Stand-alone annual report for the year 2007 - 29.05.2008
Consolidated annual report for the year 2007 - 29.05.2008

The Company Management Board announces that pursuant to § 87 (1) of the Ordinance, the consolidated quarterly reports will include financial information as referred to in § 91 (1)-(3) and (4), introductory clause of the Ordinance.

Furthermore, the Company Management Board announces that pursuant to § 87 (4) of the Ordinance, the consolidated semi-annual report will include semi-annual financial information as referred to in § 87 (4) of the Ordinance.
