Meeting of the condition stipulated in the Agreement imposing an obligation to transfer the ownership of the property.

Acting on the basis of paragraph 5 subparagraph 1 Item 4) included in the Decree of Finance Minister of 19th October 2005 regarding the Current and Periodical Information to be handed over by the Issuers of Securities (Journal of laws 2005, No 209 Item 1744) (“The Decree “) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. having head office in Ząbki (“Company”) inform about the meeting on 18th December 2007 of the suspending condition stipulated in the Agreement imposing an obligation to transfer the ownership of the real estate situated in Krzywonoga village (Pasym gmina) with surface area of 3,9885ha ("Real Estate"), concluded on 3rd December 2007 with the natural person (“Natural Person”), described in the Current Report No 68/2007 dated 6th December 2007 (“Agreement obliging to purchase the bonds”), relating to the receipt of the notification informing about non-exercising of the statutory pre-emption right by the Agricultural Property Agency (Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych) to the Real Estate. Owing to the meeting on 18th December 2007 of a/m condition, the contract transferring the ownership of the Real Estate under the conditions described in the Agreement obliging to purchase the bonds has been concluded by the Company with the Natural Person.
