Acting on the basis of art. 160 section 4 of Resolution of financial instruments (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 183, poz. 1583 and later modifications) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki ("Company"), hereby informs that on November 15th 2007 it received a notification of the following transaction concerning financial instruments of the Company from obligated in this scope person:
