Change in the Company’s Managing board

Acting on the basis of § 5 sect. 1, point 21 of Minister of Finances resolution dated on October 19th 2005 concerning the valid and periodic information conveyed by issuers of securities (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 209, poz. 1774) ("Resolution") J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on September 21st2007 it received in mode of §14, section 2, with reference to §29 of the Articles of Incorporation Mr. Ryszard Matkowski’s dismissal from the Managing Board. Mr. Ryszard Matkowski was the Holding President. Reasons of this dismissal haven't been revealed.
In valuation of the Managing Board, above-mentioned fact is connected with planned re-organization of the Company, among others, separation of constructing part, which is part of the Company, into a new entity, what was described in Valid Report no. 44.2007 as well as a project of the Holding President position removal. The Company estimates possibility of Mr. Ryszard Matkowski’s experience exploitation in works concerning the above-mentioned transformations.
