Organizational modifications in the Company’s structure

Acting on the basis of art. 56, section 1, point 1 of the Resolution dated on July 29th 2005 concerning public offers and terms of financial instruments implementation into organized system and publics companies (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 184, poz. 1539) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on September 21st 2007 Managing Board of the Company passed resolutions of making within the Company's structures two new departments:
J.W. Construction Holding S.A. “Pracownia Architektoniczna” (Architect Studio) Department with headquarters in Ząbki, in which architectural activity of the Company shall be carried out, in scope of architecture and engineering (PKD 74.20).
J.W. Construction Holding S.A. "Budownictwo" (Construction) Department with headquarters in Ząbki, in which there shall be carried out Company’s activity in scope of constructing (PKD 45).
Managing Board shall carry out further works heading for moving activities made within these departments into separated entities of commercial law within capital group J.W. Construction Holding S.A.
