Acting on the basis of § 100 sect. 1 of Minister of Finances resolution dated on October 19th 2005 concerning the valid and periodic information conveyed by issuers of securities (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 209, poz. 1774) (“Resolution”) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki ("Company") informs that periodic reports of the Company will be published on below given dates:
Extended, consolidated quarter report concerning the second quarter of 2007 – on August 7th 2007.
Extended, consolidated quarter report concerning the third quarter of 2007 – on November 8th 2007.
Extended, consolidated report concerning the first half of 2007 – on September 26th 2007.
The Company’s Managing Board informs, that according to § 8 sec. 1 of the Resolution, consolidated quarter reports of the Company will include quarter financial information determined in § 91 sec. 1-3 and sec. 4 – introducing sentence of the Resolution. The Company’s Managing Board informs, that according to § 87 sec. 4 of the Resolution the consolidated Company’s report concerning half of the year will included consolidated half-year financial report and shortened, half-year financial report together with reports by entities which are allowed to investigate financial reports from reviews concerning these reports including: balances, profit and loss statements, lists of modifications in the initial capital, cash flow accounts and additional information (in case of shortened report - shortened additional information including these information which are necessary to estimate in a correct way the financial situation of the company as well as financial situation and Company’s financial result, but they weren’t disclosed in the consolidated financial report).
