Acting on the base of § 5 clause 1 item 19 of the decree of the Minister of Finances dated October 19, 2005 on the current and periodic information to be submitted by securities issuers (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 209, item 1744) (Decree) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with registered office in Ząbki (Company) hereby informs, that on July 25, 2007, Company's Supervisory Board, appointed the company BDO Numerica Spółka z o.o. (Auditor) with registered office in Warsaw Postępu street 12, 02-676 Warszawa, for review of  Company's unit and consolidated report for the 1st half year of 2007 and audit of Company's unit and consolidated report for year 2007 pursuant to §20 clause 1 letter d of the Bylaws and Rule No. 42 of the Good Practices at public companies 2005. The Auditor is entered in the list of authorized financial report auditors at the Polish Chamber of Expert Auditors under number 523. The contract with the Expert Auditor shall include only the review of Company's unit and consolidated report for the 1st half year of 2007 and audit of Company's unit and consolidated report for year 2007.
The Auditor provided unit and consolidated report auditing services to the Company for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In addition, the Auditor provided services to the Company in the scope of business plan preparation, general financial consultancy, testing of the due diligence of other companies, consultancy in the scope of company purchasing and consultancy at the first public offer of Company's shares.
