Acting on the basis of § 34 sect. 1, point 1 of Minister of Finances resolution dated on October 19^th 2005 concerning the valid and periodic information conveyed by issuers of securities (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 209, poz. 1774) Managing Board of J.W. Construction Holding with headquarters in Ząbki (“Company”) hereby informs that today it was conveyed to it a Communicate of Operational Department of National Depository for Securities S.A. dated on July 5^th 2007, according to which, on the basis of resolution no. 360/07 by Managing Board of National Depository for Securities S.A. dated on May 17^th2007, in the National Depository for Securities, On July 6^th 2007 there will registered 3.448.280 casual shares of the Company, payable to the bearer - B series, of nominal value 0,20 PLN per one, marked with code PLJWC000019. Total value of shares of the Company registered in the National Depository for Securities, when the registration of the B series shares is completed, will be 54.698.280.
