Managing Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki (“Company”) informs that there was made a review and estimate of the Company activity and companies from its capital group for the first half-year of 2007. According to the estimate the Managing Board informs that total value of made by the Company and entities from its capital group, preliminary agreements of flat and connected with them elements sales for the first half-year of 2007 is 580.757.717 PLN and increased by 13% in comparison to value of agreements made in the same period of 2006. Made agreements concern investments to be executed from 2007 to 2008 and their planned operational profitability is from 25 up to 35%. The Company Managing Board pays attention to the fact that abovementioned data should be considered together with other information publicly available and the whole estimation of financial situation can be made on the basis of the whole information set concerning the company only as well as its capital group, in these, historical data included in catalogue of issue of the Company and published by the Company reports.
