Registering of initial capital increase

Acting on the basis of § 5 sect. 1, point 9 of Minister of Finances resolution dated on October 19th 2005 concerning the valid and periodic information conveyed by issuers of securities (Dz. U. dated on 2005, No. 209, poz. 1774) (“Resolution”) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with headquarters in Ząbki (“Company”) informs that on June 28th 2006 Company accepted information than on June 27th 2007 Regional Court for City of Warsaw XIV Commercial Department of National Court Register entered increase in initial capital of the Company up to amount of 10.939.656 PLN. After the Company’s initial capital has been increased it is divided into 54.698.280 stocks, that is 51.250.000 of casual shares – series A payable to bearer and 3.448.280 of casual shares – series B payable to bearer. Every single share of Company entitles to 1 (one) vote during General Assembly, total number of votes for Company General Assembly is 54.698.280.
